Rogues' Gallery Pickup Party!
Our Anti-Dry January campaign continues! Help us finish off January strong with a pickup party on Friday, January 31st from 6-8pm! We don’t have any new releases in this pickup but there will definitely be some in the next one! The wine selection this quarter is the 2022 Pax River White, the 2023 Dry Humor Rosé, and the 2021 Uncle Charlie’s Mur-low. Your card on file will be charged $61.80 on January 24. Per usual, you’re welcome to change out bottles in the selection, as long as you let us know before your card is charged.
Harvest Chambourcin at Generations Vineyard
Harvest is upon us! Want to help pick grapes for the 2024 vintage?! Saturday, September 7th starting at 8am at Generations Vineyard they will be picking our Chambourcin for our Pax River Red! Address is 22735 Wheatleys Content Farm Lane, Leonardtown. Park in the grass in front of the vineyard. Pruners will be provided.
Rogues' Gallery Pickup Party
We’ll open up the barn for this quarter’s pickup party! (Note: it will not be decorated like above lol. The above photo is from a Rogue hosting her daughter’s 14th birthday in the barn). We have so many private events on Fridays coming up that we’ll have to have our next pickup party on Saturday, May 18, from 6-8 pm after the tasting room closes. Your bag will include the 2023 Dry H̶u̶m̶o̶r̶ Rosé, the 2021 Uncle Charlie’s Mur-low, and the 2023 Pear Wine.
Your card on file will be charged a total of $66.71 on May 13. If you wish to make any changes to your wine selection or arrange for pickup during non-business hours, please reach out to Erin at erin@xellawine.com. We are more than happy to accommodate your schedule for pick up.
February Rogues' Gallery Pickup Party
Join us in celebrating the end of Dry January with a delightful selection of dry wines! This quarter, our featured wines include the 2022 Pax River White, the 2021 Pax River Red, and the 2020 Bad Barn Red. Mark your calendars for Friday, February 2, from 5-8 pm for our exclusive wine pickup party. Indulge in complimentary hors d'oeuvres as you pick up your selected wines. Additionally, we will be offering our specially curated February chocolate pairings in collaboration with Heritage Chocolates for purchase.
Rogues' Gallery Costumed Halloween Pickup Party
It’s that time of year for an excuse to dress in costume! We’re changing things up a bit and hosting it on a Saturday night (we have another event in the tasting room on Friday). But, put on your costume, come pick up your wine, and hang for a bit before you head to your Halloween party for the night!
Rogues' Gallery Estate Cab Franc Pickup Party
Our first ever Estate bottling occurred this quarter! To be able to put Estate on a bottle of wine in the U.S., 100% of the grapes have to be grown, produced, and bottled on the same property. Our bottle selection this quarter includes our 2021 Estate Cab Franc (note: it's a 375ml half bottle due to our limited quantity), a new Boujee Lei Merlot, and our 2021 Pax River White (you got the 2022 vintage last quarter and we thought it would be fun for you to try a vertical to see the differences between the two).

We have three newly bottled wines we’re offering: 2022 Pax River White (a blend of Vidal and Traminette), 2021 Cougar Bait (barrel aged Chardonnay), and our 2022 Pear Wine! Perfect for the upcoming summer! Come hang out on Friday, May 12 between 5-8 to pickup up your wine and enjoy some drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the patio., hopefully with nice spring weather! Enjoy the view of our budding vineyard and check out our newly planted rows of Albarino and Chardonnay!

We're celebrating Mardi Gras a tad early so that we can have our themed Rogues' party! This quarter’s bottle selection includes our Which One's Your Sweet Wine? Riesling and TWO new releases: Our 2021 Opposite of Starboard Port wine and our 2020 Pax River Red (this vintage is a new blend of Chambourcin and Syrah). We also have a small swag gift that will be included in your bag (you will not be charged for this). Stop by during the pickup party hours for your wine and enjoy some Mardi Gras fare and fête with your fellow Rogues! Don’t forget, you can always pick up your wine at another time if you can’t make the party.

Summertime Rogues' Party!
Happy Summer, Rogues! At this pickup party, wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt or summertime attire and help us celebrate our new fun wine: the 2021 Boujee Lei! It's a play on a French Beaujolais Nouveau, which is a young red wine that doesn't age in an oak barrel. It's fruity and sweet, perfect served chilled in the summertime! And if you know the story behind our Opposite of Starboard (we're not allowed to call it Port), we did the same thing with this label since we can't call it a Beaujolais Nouveau :) The selection for this quarter is the 2018 Uncle Charlie's Mur-low, the 2021 Which One's Your Sweet Wine?, and the new 2021 Boujee Lei. Don’t forget, you can always pick up your wine at another time if you can’t make the party.
Cinco de Mayo Pickup Party!
Sorry for the delay in getting this date out to you all, but we’re ready for the next pickup party and since it’s close to Cinco de Mayo, we’ll party like it is! We’re postponing our January Pickup Party to February 11 from 5pm - 7pm. Being that it’s Valentine’s Weekend, we’ll make it special and provide a chocolate and wine pairing to go with this quarter’s selection: 2019 Cougar Bait (100% oaky Chardonnay), our newly released 2019 Cab Franc (100% Cabernet Franc), and our Which One’s your Sweet Wine? (100% Riesling). Don’t forget, you’re welcome to swap out bottles if you don't like the selection above. We just ask that you let us know by January 31st before your card on file is charged. The total that will be charged to your card on February 1st is $62.78.
Feel free to stop in at any time during those hours, where you can pick up your bottles, hang out with us and the other Rogues, and try out a pairing of Xella Wine and Heritage Chocolates! Please RSVP here. We would love for you to return your wine bags, but it's not required.

Rogues' Gallery Costumed Pickup Party!
Our next pickup party is going to be the bees knees! We had a few requests at the last pickup party that we should do a costumed event, and if you know Les and I, you will know that we will make any excuse to dress up! And given that our wine club kind of has a speakeasy vibe, we thought a Roaring Twenties party would be perfect!
Costumes are not required, so no worries if you don’t want to dress up! We’ll have hors d’oeuvres and wine, and of course, great company!
As usual, if you can’t make the party, you’re welcome to pick up your wine anytime. Also, please feel free to bring back your Rogues’ Gallery wine bags and you’ll get a new one. Thanks!
